Ella Doran & Kew Royal Botanical Gardens

I am very happy to announce a brand new collection that I have designed for the fantastic Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. The full range of products are now available in their beautiful shop and online. They have a wonderful exhibition of David Nash which influenced my approach to my photography for the commission, and my decision to bring out the detail of each plant and its radiant colour on the individual products. Here is a link to David's work "David Nash At Kew: A Natural Gallery" and below are some images of my collection of cushions, table mats, coasters, mugs and prints for them;

The Royal Hospital London

I was very lucky to be able to go and photograph the curtains and table tops that I designed for the royal london hospital all installed and in use today! A lovely boy named Shawn Shodimu also allowed me to photograph him before he was going home.

Habitat Ranges

We are very pleased to announce that Habitat are launching two brand new ranges designed by Ella entitled Joanie and Indian Tale.

Joanie - "Inspired by my burgeoning collection of tea plates both from family heirloooms and charity shops, I wanted to create a collection that is playful and creative, and one that I hope inspires lots of tea parties and home baking!"

Indian Tale - "Colourful books and stories from my childhood inspired this collection – the background tapestry also reminds me of my bedspread when I was young. I wanted to create images that are bold and simple and imply a narrative for the child to interpret however they wish."

New Range of Umbrellas for Spring 2011

We are please to announce the release four new umbrellas for Spring 2011 - just in time for wet and windy February, March and April! The Aqua umbrella and Bugs and Butterflies umbrella represent brand new striking designs for 2011. The Geo umbrella is a welcome addition to the award winning range whilst the Sunlight Through Leaves tiny umbrella offers an attractive compact alternative to the larger Sunlight Through Leaves walker umbrella. So now you've got no excuse for getting caught in the rain!
