De Beauvoir Christmas Fair this weekend!

This weekend we will be selling our wares at the De Beauvoir Christmas Fair. As local residents (our studio is in the heart of De Beauvoir) we love being involved in the community and Christmas Fairs are always so... Christmassy! Click here for more info. We have been slowly collating all our favourite gifts to create the fantastic selection we now have in store. As if that wasn't enough we will be open extra hours! Just for you! And with the necessary fatigue busting mulled wine and mince pies! Our annual late nights on Cheshire St start on Thursday 2nd December and continue until 23rd December. Hey! Pure new wool all the way from Germany

Last year we discovered the wonderful Michael Hoff and his felt products at Hey Sign, in Germany. The pure new wool used to create the products is so sumptuous, whenever the new stock of 'Carry' bags come through the door we all immediately add one to our mental wish lists! We have up dated the collection of alphabet key rings, more colours and more letters. And as an added extra this year we have opted for the cute Christmas tree decorations too. Last Friday saw lots of new deliveries coming into the shop - great fun unpacking it all! The next few posts will be updating you all everything new, with plenty of perfect presents just in time for Christmas. Ella Doran and Edition Paumes

Ella Doran will be teaming up with the Japanese based publishers Edition Paumes to launch their brand new book - London Family Style - during the London Design Festival. To celebrate the book launch Ella and Fumie, from Edition Paumes, will be hosting a tea party on Saturday 25th September from 2pm-6pm. A section of Cheshire St will be closed and many of the other shops along the street will be taking part with their own individual events.

Teatopia at Millenium Gallery, Sheffield

We are very pleased to be included in a new exhibition in The Millennium Gallery in Sheffield. Teatopia focuses its interest on the national past time - partaking in tea! A nice cuppa! A builders brew! A light distinguished infusion! Our ever popular Vintage Plates tray will be exhibited and on sale in the gallery shop. Also showing at the gallery is Watercolour in Britain and in its honour our brilliant Artists Tools tray will be also be appearing in the gallery shop - perfect for any inspired artist!

Hampton Court Palace Flower Show

We will be at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show from 6th - 11th July. Showing our lovely wares in the Country Living Marquee, stand 46 (same number as our Cheshire St shop, how lucky!) The show is set to be a fantastic display of all things floral and botanic, check out the RHS website for more details.

Jens Risom - Rocket Gallery

Our good friends at Rocket Galley will be showing a collection of beautiful furniture by Jens Risom. Born in Copenhagen Risom has worked in collaboration with Rocket and Benchmark to produce this small collection of his 1950's and 1960's designs. With just the right measure of style combined with function the pieces are perfectly crafted. And the coloured upholstery is a delight!

Thursday 17th June will see us spinning our favourite 45's in celebration of the launch of our brand new place mats and coasters collection. Featuring vintage portable record players the designs bring back happy memories of forgotten teenage days bopping along to the hippest tune on your treasured Dancette. Sneak peek at our latest collaboration

Ella has been working hard on a brand new collaboration with her great friend Kavel Raffety. Here we can show you a very sneak preview of the collaboration and fans of our Stacks and Stripes collection will be sure to be pleased! Keep your eyes peeled for the launch date sometime in June.
